With a Ph.D. in computer science and internships at MIT and UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, he’s deeply rooted in cutting-edge research.

Gary worked for some of the biggest tech names including IBM before moving into the global talent market. Aptitude expands on a successful agile offshore delivery model pioneered by Gary in the Philippines over 15 years ago which supported many startup and early stage tech clients in the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK.

JP Villaran

Chief Delivery Officer

John Paul, or JP, has been with the Aptitude group for over 17 years. Having started his software career with Fujitsu, JP has supported a wide range of ISV clients, both on-site and by managing Manila based teams varying in size from 6 to 27 team members. JP brings significant domain expertise in CRM, ERP and IoT solutions.
